Should I tell my team they’re all paid less than the new hire ?

Backstory: I have 8 employees. 4 I hired 2 months ago in the same batch with one region director, the fifth I hired a month ago with a different regional director. The 4 I hired were started at $20/hour, which is our starting wage. The fifth was hired at $22/hr for NO REASON. I immediately went to my regional, and said we either need to rescind the offer for this new candidate, or be prepared to give everyone in the branch raises because there is no reason we should have this discrepancy. That was told to my boss, and the VP of the company. Nothing has changed.

We even just did 4% raises to adjust for inflation, and the new hires STILL GOT A RAISE

For that, and a multitude of other reasons, I’m putting in my notice tomorrow. I really care about my team, do I tell them they are all underpaid? If so, how?
