Should there be laws in place for abuse in Hiring Process?

E.g Employer wasted your time there should be compliant file and compensation. ​ Employer cancels the interview on your scheduled interview. ​ Employer mistreatment towards neurodiversity with people that don't have social skills but can do the job.
