So a couple months ago, I was “given an opportunity” to become management after being asked about doing it for nearly a year. Now that I’m in this trainee position, I’ve certainly been given more shit to do, but I feel like the only thing I’ve learned is how unlikable my bosses are. Every little thing is threatened to be taken out of peoples paychecks. Im over it. I’m putting out applications to somewhere else, and leaving as soon as I get something lined up.
