So I live in Hawaii and I work for a small security company.
I've been working here for about 7 months now since I've been out of the military and it's been a solid job and my boss and office lady who is his wife and manages our schedules are both really nice and considerate of people needing off days and whatnot.
So, since it's a security job my shifts are 12-hour shifts.
Some weeks I'll work around 5 days and that's a 12-hour shift each of those 5 days. Never gotten a dime of overtime pay.
Is this something I should even bother to bring up since it's technically supposed to be a part-time job?
