I’ve been essentially offered a job at a restaurant my brother is currently working at to takeover from him soon after he leaves. They have offered us both a $250 bonus if I agree to takeover for him. Is this something I should get them to confirm in writing? I know it doesn’t sound like a lot of money but it would still be very helpful.
