I mean, suppose you have been working excellently from home, with amazing feedback from managers, for more than two years since the pandemic started. Suppose there’s absolutely zero reason for you to go to an office to do your job because you are doing exactly the same but from a different location, just with way more distractions in the office of course.
Would a workplace really fire an excellent employee just because they refuse to go to a shitty office?
The world is burning, we are polluting more than ever, and the assholes in charge are forcing millions of us back on the roads for no reason at all. I just can’t believe the stupidity anymore. Surely even the rich have offspring that they want to leave a somewhat habitable world for?!
