So has anyone tried fishbowl or glass door?

I am having a really difficult time finding a decent paying job, the one I have is absolute trash and I would really love to be able to sit down and ask people hey are these things normal for my job title in my line of work or am I being used and abused, and fishbowl seems to be a theme for that, but I’m not really sure about it, has anyone checked it out?
