I got a new job, pays $15/hour with great benefits and chances for pay increase. Everyone is nice, respectful and whatnot, but there are a few managers that like to ignore what they themselves say, and micromanage. It was fine at first, but now it’s too much, as an autistic person whenever someone micromanages me, I get stuck, and can’t do anything. It demotivates me, but I need the job to pay off my credit cards. But I’m already considering quitting this job. What should I do?
