So I left my job cuz I was tired of how unsafe it was and everything. Well at the beginning of the year I had to use all my vacation time cuz I had covid and was not financially prepared to miss that much work. I was supposed to receive my last paycheck today and when nothing was deposited in my account I checked my paystub and they garnished all my wages to pay for the vacation. Is this legal? I'm in GA if that matters.
