Quite often there are posts here lauding the success of leaving crap companies after bad situations. More often than not these end so I quit and found a better job and my life improved so much. This is probably the bias from this sub towards sticking it to management but I'd love to hear some realistic stories of when it hasn't gone so well? Maybe you wish you'd stuck it out and reached a conclusion with HR? If you found getting a new job very hard? Just a bit of grounding would be fantastic!
