So if I got a 2 percent inflation raise by company that makes billions a year in homebuilding, does that mean time to find a better job?

Like the company made almost 2 billion last quarter..homebuilding businesses are killing it. I would have been happy with 6 percent even though it’s not inflation..but 2 percent?? I think it’s time to go.
