I hate when after they give you your application they hit you with those personality and work ethic tests. I'm horrible at tests. I always have been, why should those matter?
(Already mentioned) Then you do the easy apply and they want you to put in all your info. I went to an interview and they wanted me to fill out their application in front of them.
I've actually had a job want to know about my mental health….. I don't have any, but it wanted to know if I've ever thought of suicide? Done arson? Done drugs? Thought of self harm? Gotten into fights?…. Like, what???
Then you get the interview. The questions of, why do you want to work for our company? Tell me about yourself?
I need money, I like your hours or the pay don't cut it and I hate the tell me about myself because there is nothing to tell. I'm boring and don't do anything.
