So there's this manager at my job, we'll call him Jake. I sometimes get into it with Jake because he acts like he knows everything when he really doesn't, I also don't like him because he firts with all the female coworkers. For example he'll come and interrupt any conversation being held between mal le coworkers and a girl he finds attractive. One time he threatened to write me up and said later that he doesn't know (like how did you get this job) anyway on to what happened this.
So as you know he likes to flirt with female coworkers right?? Well this time he was making someone uncomfortable and she ended up reporting him to HR for sexual harassment. But because he's friends with the HR lady the case was thrown out without even looking into it. When I found this out I thought it was really shady and dirty, I didn't know where else to put this at so I thought I'd post it here
