My cynical thought is that they're looking to fire me because I make more than starting salary and told a coworker with more experience. I regret signing it. He gave me no details when I pressed him for why. Should I be concerned? How big of a red flag is this? Edit: there was nothing on the paper that I hadn't done and been trained to do.
