My SO had taken a job at a new company and was never informed that she would be a temporary worker. She turned down another job under the impression that this was a permanent job but during the first day of training today was told that everyone is a temporary worker until the 90th day. The job training said they would be hired after 90 days after they check their clock in time, and adherence to work and stuff. I understand a probational period stuff but not as a temp worker. She told the company that was not informed of the position being temp and told them that she turned down another job thinking this one was permanent. A supervisor came in and said that everyone is temp and that the recruiters were supposed to let all the new employees know that they were temp but no one was informed.
Who do we report the company to and how do we do it?
