Just had my annual review, aaand we’re lookin at 4% on a salary that’s already 25-30% below market rate because it’s my first in a new industry. The whole company of several hundred employees in a profitable industry is getting 4% raises against 7% inflation, and our health insurance went up a bunch for next year too.
