Work sucks, 99.999% of the time. The executives are insanely overpaid compared to their work force. These are my opinions but I think most would argue they are facts.
What does quitting or being anti work do to solve this problem? I see a lot of “fuck it I quit” posts or someone will sabotage the success of a company because they feel they were treated poorly.
But again, then what? What’s the end goal for this movement? Or is it too soon to call it that? Seems to be more harmful to said employee than it does to employer.
The 9-5 world, at least in the States, needs a reset. But how is quitting the answer? Are you trust fund babies and don’t need the money? I doubt that’s the majority. So if you don’t have access to family money, then what is the next move? We all have bills. Lots of us have student loan or other debts. How are these addressed when you quit your career?
Hoping for an answer that will allow me to quit my job of 18 yrs – any of those answers even out there?
