Ok no offense but some of y’all need to understand that reform in the work place won’t do shit. Reform in general will never and never has worked because you can’t fix an oppressive system. The only to stop an oppressive system (capitalism, police, ect) is to abolish it. How do we reach this u might ask? Socialism. Ik u guys think raising wages will do smth but no, it will always return to this. Instead we need people running the means of production. The workers should be choosing their wages/ conditions, and no one to be in charge of it except themselves. Not to mention, work should only cater to the needs of the people. We have a lot of unnecessary jobs and roles in our society and we also still benefit from imperialism. The only way to solve this is through socialism. It would also so our overconsumption problem.
