Solidarity: On “how were we today” surveys always say 10/10 (full marks)

When I worked in retail these bullshit surveys on your receipts became part of the performance management for all staff and only 10/10 counted positively, anything less was counted as “room for improvement” and a negative. This is true for most if not all of these surveys, they reflect directly on the cashier/rank and file worker who served you/processed and order and any less than 10/10 could be used as an excuse to not give a pay rise.
