It's retail, which I swore I'd never work again. Jobs at a mail depot sort of place. Not the most exciting job, but that's fine. My boss is the real reason I've stayed. She's incredibly flexible when it comes to hours and time needed. She often buys us lunch and/or breakfast simply because she wants to make sure we eat. She keeps a stocked break room full of drinks and more food. And she genuinely seems to care about us. It's so refreshing. On top of all this, she keeps us in the loop about the happenings with the business (she owns the store, it's a franchise). Just many things.
Tl;dr my boss is fantastic and I wish more places were like this.
