So I work in a year round like camp and we just finished our summer session which was 8 weeks of hell that I got a write up for because of not being able to get along with the new hire due to her being disrespectful towards me. We have numerous meetings which result in a write up for me on my last week of the season. I refuse to sign it due to the write up being incorrect of the depictions of the events of what happened. Fast forward a week into school session and I’m offered a higher position at a different school. Accepted position due to it being a way pay upgrade. Found out the new hire I did not get along with is taking over my group that I’ve been with for over a year. Something is off, I don’t know how to feel.
How do I go end the summer with a write up and then a promotion the next week? it doesn’t make sense!
I think my boss wanted to get rid of me 🙁
