Okay. I just wanna have someone else's opinion on this because I always think about it and it just bugs me.
So back in January I had to get tested for covid because my boyfriend tested postive and I texted my boss about this in the morning and let her know that I would get back to her with my results and she said okay.
My shift started at 3. I got my test at 10am.
She told me to just send her the results so she could determine whether I could come to work that day.
I'm waiting for my results and my assistant manager called me at 4:05pm and told me I was laid off. Why didn't my boss tell me this earlier?
Like thats sooo weird. Isn't it? Idk maybe it's nothing but it always bothered me. 🤣
