People kept on leaving, I got sick of doing their work on top of my own I came up with an idea (because I'm usually the one doing extra hours) that demonstrates that they need to employ more people, I wouldn't be doing any extra hours none.
My boss looks absolutely exhausted like she's about to collapse and I'm feeling a little guilty. I'm starting to wonder if I was a bit harsh. She was paying me for all the hours I worked but there are other things I want to do besides work. IDK something to think on.
