Soo what are actually jobs that do good paying and not make you work 12 hours a day?

If there is actually any I mean I’m from Portugal and I’ve never worked less than 45 hours week (mon-fri) Kinda tired that we all complain and do nothing about it so at least I wanna know jobs with good reputation so I can apply
