Is it just me, or does every news segment, report, and article on television, radio, and the internet that talks about The Great Resignation or r/antiwork seem like they completely get it wrong? I see some of their points, like people are trading crap jobs for different crap jobs, but it seems that they like to omit the part where a lot of us are tired of busting our asses for crap pay, crap benefits, working crap hours, for crap people and companies.
