Yup, my manager just barked that phrase at me in front of the whole office.
I’ve been in the job 4 months now. Everyone tells me that it takes atleast a year to get to grips with it. Another thing people always say is
“You can ask 5 dispatchers the same question and get 5 different answers”
Yeah…that doesn’t make learning this job any easier.
I wouldn’t say I’m bad at the job but I’m still learning. The manager is way over the top and unbearable. She can’t lead. She takes down the staff and belittles them. I’ve bitten my tongue time and time again but it’s getting unbearable. All the managers in this place have been here for 15+ years so to put in a complaint would be suicide.
Just wanted to rant. Thanks for listening. Gotta go back to this shithole
