I got a job at the startup and have been working at another location, the company is launching in the new town and I was originally hired to start there. From the beginning, everybody has been super nice, but training with lackluster to say the least, the trainer was awful and didn't train me right, the second day I was with the area manager who trained me correctly. I've really enjoyed working at this location, and now the new manager for the new location is not being transparent on our start date. It's frustrating and if the job didn't pay so well I'd be gone. I have bills to pay and can't wait for morons to get it together. Don't work for a start up.,…..
