Hi everyone
I just landed a job in IT analytics which is exciting and new to me. I haven't worked in this kind of environment before and am wondering what kind of warning signs to look out for.
The company has been around about 15 years, and the general manager is the CEO's son. He seemed pretty chill in the interview and hired me straight away as they were in desperate need of a replacement.
I don't want to end up thinking bad practice and exploitation is ok if that makes sense.
