Hey guys! I just need some advice on how to be an effective and decent supervisor, most of my experience is in automotive and I just landed what I think can be a great career as a quality supervisor. I have supervising experience but I am still extremely nervous when going into this role..
What are some good tips that you may have for me to succeed in performing and being the best that I can be? I haven't gotten a layout of what my day to day will be, but I am learning every step of the different stations/processes in the next two weeks and asking as many questions that pop up but what are some questions you would ask to get a feel for a job you aren't sure about?
Any advice you would be appreciated. Thank you.
