Sticky situation

I’ve been a pharmacy tech in a hospital setting for 5 years. I just obtained my MBA in healthcare administration last June. I went back to school in hopes that my hospital and pharmaceutical experience would land me in a higher role of project management or something along the lines. After I graduated, I dropped from full time to per diem status to make my own schedule and avoid drama in my department, especially my supervisor. It’s almost a year and I still haven’t found a new career path. I won’t go into detail because I’ll just end up ranting into a long long post, but basically, I need to leave this job and find something else soon with a little more prestige to what I want to do.
