Praise post, but I told my boss I was taking a couple days off as my stress levels are overloading (got a shitstorm going on outside of work). His response was yes ma'am right away ma'am we can handle shit, let us know if you need more time or want to take a month off, or cut back to four days a week for a bit, take care of yourself, we got it covered. This is how it's supposed to be.
