Stolen wages?

I’m a delivery driver for a company I won’t name. The rising gas prices have made it harder to turn a profit per delivery, so one of my coworkers talked to the store owner about getting an increased DMR (compensation for mileage). She walked away with a 12¢ raise and a warning not to bring it up again. The next shift she ran an experiment where she hand calculated all her miles and the “official” mileage in the system was several miles less, adding up to around $2-3 DMR lost per shift. Doesn’t sound like a lot, but over time it really adds up. She told the other drivers, including myself, about the problem but we haven’t confronted management about it. I never thought I would be in this position. I need this job, so I don’t want to do anything drastic. There are only 5 drivers in the whole…
