Do not answer. Do not reply to texts. The minute you reply they will manipulate you or threaten you or straight up fire you if you don’t come in. When you show up to work and they ask why you did answer, just tell them you were swimming or at the movies or drinking or with family and didn’t have your phone on you. My work pays for my phone and luckily they usually don’t do this but when they do, first thing Monday I say “hey just saw you called, what’s up”.
