Store Management Lied to Me and Other Employees

There was absolutely no communication at all for several weeks, and just yesterday they hired someone from out of the store without saying a single word to me. They said I do not have the “experience” necessary despite my years of food service, customer service, and military service. I talked to my fellow coworkers and this has happened twice in the past, in almost identical situations. I was lied to, they went behind my back. Should I find another job?
