I work at a retail store where we typically have at least 2 openers, a mid shift, and 3-4 closers. Our opener called out sick and nobody comes in until 4 pm when my shift ends. I'll be here 8-4 all alone. I've already had to run to the back of the store and receive 2 different truck load shipments while I left customers in the store to do so. I still have another truck of 6 pallets arriving soon. I just left the warehouse door open, I hope nothing gets stolen.
I called 4 employees, no on can help. Yesterday I called 6 applicants, couldn't even schedule an interview because nobody is interested. I'm going straight to Linked In when I get home.
