Superiors forcing me to not be able to carry out my work. What should I do?

Manger and supervisor are making things difficult at the workplace. Just early this year, the Manager uses my residential address to send me goodies issued by the company without my consent nor notification during a festive season. She is the sociopath type who gets personal with work and doesn't care about staff wellbeing. I just taken note mentally. After the incident, My supervisor proposed to have my team members and me to provide our personal information to have access to the corporate bank account. Just early this year, the Manager uses my residential address to send me goodies issued by the company without my consent nor notification during a festive season. She is the sociopath type who gets personal with work and doesn't care about staff wellbeing. I just taken note mentally.

After the incident, My supervisor proposed to have my team members and me to provide our personal information to have access to the corporate bank account. I was wary as we have to provide our identification. Most of my team members gave except me.

All this while I have been using an ex-colleague account for access to the corporate bank account to do my work as previously was told that it's not necessary to change the user account access to my name.

My work requires me to work using the bank statements. The bank statements are downloaded online and stored in a shared drive for everyone to use.

The manager and supervisor ask their bosses to intervene and change their tune. Now they claimed that it is to comply with audit purposes.

The boss said that I will not be able to carry out my work duties if I do not furnish my personal information to apply for access to the corporate account.

I suggested that since my other team members can have access to the bank statements now, they can download the statements onto the shared drive and I can continued with my work.

The boss said that it is my work to download the bank statements and accuse me of not wanting to do my job of downloading the bank statements.

I brought up the incident of misuse of my residential address for the refusal to give my information. He said to lodge a formal complaint about the misuse of my personal information. And insisted that I cannot do my work as I have no access to the corporate bank account without taking my suggestion.

They escalated to HR. Now HR did not condemned the Manager's wrongdoings and even ask me to liaise with the bank personnel to furbish my information. I tried to connect with the bank personnel but at the end of the day, they required the hardcopy of the form to be signed by my big boss and I am unable to access the office at the moment.

Last week, the bank cut off my ex-colleague account access to the bank and now I am unable to access and download the bank statements.

There was an arrangement from the team lead (1 level below the supervisor) that another colleague will download the bank statements if I encountered any issue. I require the bank token to access and download the bank statements. I texted her about my denied access and she claimed that she doesn't know anyone else who have the bank token.

She dropped an email to my supervisor and Manager immediately. As I know that the other colleague has the bank token and there was this arrangement, so I replied in the email and asked the team lead to ask the other colleague to download the bank statements.

And now the supervisor accuses me of instructing the team lead to ask another colleague to do the statement downloading.

And she brought up the case that my HR mentioned that I will liaise with the bank personnel and also the boss email that I will have consequences for not giving my personal information to set up access to the corporate bank. I have already suggested previously that my other colleagues who have access to the bank can download the bank statements. They did not even reply to my suggestion.

Now the bank statements are not downloaded and I cannot do my work. I do not want to provide my personal information lest the Manager gets hold of it.

HR is not going to do anything about the misuse of my personal information. I am pushed to a corner. What should I do?

Tl;dr: Manager misuse my residential address.

HR doesn't want to mete out penalties to the Manager for her offences.

I am uncomfortable to provide my identification to set up bank access. Now they cut off my precious access to the corporate bank and I am unable to do work.

Supervisor and team lead purposely do not want to assign the downloading of bank statements to another colleague.

Any advice is appreciated.
