After 6 six months of trying to make it work I told them it wasn't a good fit and that I was moving on; this was December 1st.

I gave them more than a months notice to ensure I could transition my 40 projects (was supposed to be no more than 20-30) Had written acceptance of my separation planned for January 10, 2022.
