I work in a small group of about 5-6 people which includes the manager. I recently found out that we cant take off the same days as another employee, reason being “there isnt adaquate coverage.” Is this even a legit reason to deny a vacation request? Note that I am asking days off for October, my manager has plenty of time to figure something out. Just trying to see what I can do in this situation.
