TaskUs Class Action Lawsuit

Hello A friend worked for this company recently and was the subject of retaliation by the trainers involved in their newest contract. The retaliation is logged by chat messages etc. The friend found that there is a systemic issue with the trainers literally speaking down to and making uncomfortable the trainees so much that it affected my friend's mental health so bad he had to leave as the staff was asking him to retaliate against people they deemed (not smart). Mind you, this is a STAFFING COMPANY (BPO) who gets paid regardless of who they hire (which is a money making strategy for greedy business types. A friend worked for this company recently and was the subject of retaliation by the trainers involved in their newest contract. The retaliation is logged by chat messages etc. The friend found that there is a systemic issue with the trainers literally speaking down to and making uncomfortable the trainees so much that it affected my friend's mental health so bad he had to leave as the staff was asking him to retaliate against people they deemed (not smart). Mind you, this is a STAFFING COMPANY (BPO) who gets paid regardless of who they hire (which is a money making strategy for greedy business types. The company is under a Class Action Lawsuit for lying to investors during their going public phase.

I know first hand that this company is lying about everything. Other trainees were asking my friend if their trainers were RACIST. This company sells themselves as the champions of employee well-being while their trainers are the most unprofessional I've ever witnessed and management has gone so far as to create falsified documents in regards to employee separation letters.

Can anyone advise what one should do? The TaskUs BPO's contract holder is a gigantic corporation whose motto is : “Do The Right Thing”. This company is not doing that. Anyone with legal help in Arizona, please reply. This whole experience has ruined my friend's mental health as well as others who are employed who are afraid of speaking out due to this companies retaliatory nature. They also made them sign a ridiculous NDA. It is at-will employment fyi in Arizona.

If you do some online research – you can see the company is paying for Google Ads to praise their company against “a notorious stock short-seller”. Highly Suspect. Anyone who can point us towards AZ employment lawyer with assistance in the mental health community would be great.
