team lead keeps asking us to write good reviews

Keeping this post vague to protect my privacy, just in case. Anyway, the business I work for has a very hard time keeping people. It's becoming increasingly more difficult to even find new hires. Previous employees have left pretty nasty reviews (I don't blame them one bit). You can sometimes hear management talking to each other about how they just don't understand the now ex-employee leaving a review like that, and then they proceed to shit-talk the person. When we have staff meetings, they practically beg those of us who stay to write good reviews on Indeed or other recruiting sites to make us more appealing to potential hires. This is just such pathetic behavior from management that I can't even wrap my mind around their terrible reasoning. How about changing your terrible management? That always seems to be too much to ask of higher-ups. Go f*ck yourself.
