Tempted to fuck all and quit on the spot

Today will mark my last week of work – I have given 1 month notice but still have 7 days to go. I’m leaving because I’ve been very very burnt out and haven’t had a proper break since December (I burn out easily due to health problems). Are employers that dense to say shit like this and not find a resolution? I said I’m BURNT OUT and she just goes yeah well too bad got to be on top of your game.

Why should I care about my output if you don’t even give a shit about my well-being?

I’m so tempted to just up and leave at this point
