Not something I have seen discussed here,
But I’m new so what do I know.
I have asked my firm to pay for a course, costs about 5k but means that instead of being charged out at 150 p/h i justify 200-250p/h to the firm (get paid $50 p/h)
The course is during business hours so I can’t bill during that time and I would then have leverage to get a raise/ move to another firm for a higher salary.
they have agreed but require me to stay for 6 months after completing the course or pay the full amount back.
All seems pretty reasonable – what do u think?
