Texas Workforce Commission denied my wage claim. Feels like a bunch of bullshit.

So I ended up having to file a wage claim after my last employer did not pay me my last check. They were about 1 month late. They also refused to pay me for about 20 hours on my last check, and never paid us for being on-call. So they owed me about $1800 for unpaid regular wages and anywhere between $2500-36,000 depending on how the on-call time worked out. Whether I was paid at federal OT at min wage or depending on if I was paid at my normal/OT rates. I’m going to appeal this, but wonder if anyone has dealt with the TWC before. It’s just wild, because I don’t think they even fined the employer for the late last check. And I have plenty of proof for all of the hours I am claiming. I just can’t believe it was denied.
