I'm almost retirement age and recently moved out of state. My wife is employed so I'm doing home improvements while I look for the right job. I have a resume geared to my interested field, and include it from Indeed. I went in for an interview at a posh apartment complex and they asked me to fill out an application. I told them no because you have my resume and cover letter that I worked hard on. When the guy called he said he was looking at it. I consider it moronic and will not do it anymore. They said ok then. I guess that's it. I thanked them for wasting my time.
