Thanks so much, you guys !

I've been on this sub for a while, and laughed and cried along with y'all, and went through everyone's ups and downs, and shook my fist at the unfairness and idiocy —– and today I had the most bizarre interview of my life, one for a position I have (successfully, with receipts) held for 26 months (unchallenged), all because of new management. They're full of energy and enthusiasm and drive to start everything anew, you see, in a 40+ year old organization, as if it's an air plant with no need for soil & water, or some such thing, and I have never, and I do mean, EVER! in my whole entire life had greater clarity in saying ABSO-FKN-LUTELY NO THANK YOU than to these rule-flaunting bunch who are sure to burn it all to the ground in no time (I'm happy to stand corrected on this). Funny enough, because…

Funny enough, because I'm not a vengeful c*nt and actually want to see this organization succeed for the good of the community I live in, I am committed to do my best to help in the transition but I'm definitely, totally and completely NOT putting my life / fate in their hands and for that I have y'all to thank. You've all taught me, time and again, to consider my worth and grow a spine, draw some boundaries (finally!), do my best and hope for the best, too. We'll see how this all plays out.

Either way, thanks to all of you from the bottom of my heart.
