The 6 hour workday is a blessing

So a little background, I'm from a Muslim Majority country, I finished my studies abroad in Germany and worked there for a time at a fulfillment center, I liked my job, the pay was good, the work was engaging but I worked 8h30 or 9h shifts. Fast forward some time later, and I decide to go back home, so I apply for a bunch of jobs and I land on a position as a performance manager at a logistics firm, the salary was average but I decide “Why not, I don't have anything better to do”. Now here's the fun part, this is taking place during Ramadan, where most companies switch to a 6 hour workday, which I completely forgot about. The amount of stress amd fatigue that was drained away by going from a 9h workday to a 6h workday is unbelievable, I don't spend much time counting hours,…

The amount of stress amd fatigue that was drained away by going from a 9h workday to a 6h workday is unbelievable, I don't spend much time counting hours, when I leave work, I'm not an exhausted mess, at this rate, I might get addicted.

But all good things must come to an end, and in a week or so we'll switch back to an 8h schedule.
