This is a Book that I would recommend to anyone here who “thinks” and who THINKS they are a Free-Thinker. This is something that changed the way I looked at Society and it is still a Book that many PoliSci Majors have to read (it's short).
It is absolutely relevant to this AntiWork stuff because you have to understand not just how your Co-Workers are going to react or what that sort of 'Hive Mind with No Queen' actually functions but also this applies to the Higher ups in Management as well because they will try to often take an approach that tries to Manipulate the Crowd of Workers.
This sub is actually a disappointment to me because nobody is actually doing anything to further anything yet and if you believe yourself to be a Thinker or a Leader and haven't read this Book yet then you are actually behind the 8-Ball pretty badly and if you are just not sure then you should read this just so you can better understand how Manipulation actually works on a large scale.
This is a Book that has had some shade thrown at it over the Years but if you want to understand what the system is of Society and your Role in Society then this is a good place to start
Lastly, yes this is a Book that many Infamous Dictators have used to better Lead the Crowd but the Author themselves isn't associated with any of the Movements that those Dictators led; It is still something that Political Leaders are Reading/Using and if someone tells you otherwise they are full of shit. You should know what Practices are being used against you and understand what to do when you are in those Situations. Corporate World, Political World; They are absolutely using Wartime Tactics on us all the Time and if you don't know what to look for then you'll never get how you are being screwed
