the EEOC isn’t your friend. corporations will continue to get away with this

I had previously posted about my termination after filing for intermittent FMLA. Well, today I had my EEOC appointment that I had to wait for months to schedule. I had to wake up daily extremely early to even schedule a phone interview which is all they are accepting. When I say this guy made me feel like a bumbling idiot I'm not exaggerating. I've had to deal with exhausting panic attacks since my termination and even talking about the event is hard. I had to wake up daily extremely early to even schedule a phone interview which is all they are accepting. When I say this guy made me feel like a bumbling idiot I'm not exaggerating. I've had to deal with exhausting panic attacks since my termination and even talking about the event is hard. I had the first attack since I've been medicated today He was condascending the entire time and kept repeating himself asking if I understood. I was so close to hanging up but I just can't give up. I lost it when I was told that the job did everything they could when my sexual harasser (that took over my position) because the harassment stopped even though I was still forced to work close to him afterwards. He constantly goaded me even after I reported, but hey that doesn't matter. I was also told the miscarriage I was having and the reason HR was harassing me over my sick time wasn't relevant. I was asked repeatedly how I can prove I was disabled even after I told him I disclosed my disability in my hiring paperwork and had already started paperwork for my covered disability through their very own HR department. I still have the emails! I'm just at a loss. Since the seizures started in 2018 my life was ruined. I don't say this lightly. Frankly I've been fired from every job since and when I finally do everything I'm suppose to do to protect myself it isn't enough. I'm secretly praying for the right to sue letter instead of an investigation so this guy isn't the one doing so. He isn't my friend and was making excuses for this company the entire time. I just feel sick
