I'm not in trouble, I don't drink and don't have this over my head personally but we all know the drill. Managers giving out and encouraging excessive drinking at work events and then holding staff accountable for their actions. If it's just work, set a fucking drink limit and don't encourage bad drinking habits. I see it in almost every company and am I the only pissed off by this culture?
