This guy didn't lie about experience he lied about essential skills. He's a PROJECT MANAGER….knowing how to use BIM, Autocad, Revit, etc. is a basic requirement in his industry. Do you know how much money is wasted, how many hours of extra labour people working under him and how long delays on projects are if someone like that screws up? He is the one who approves everything – do you know how many times major projects go to hell because of people like that not being able to do the basics right? And lets say mistakes don't get picked up – the repurcussions down the line can be awful.
It's not like “oh the PM, messed up he can fix it”. People working under PM's are the ones who get ****** because they're the ones who do the actual heavy lifting! Even if they don't screw up they 'delegate' work for 'experience' to junior staff…basically losing half their duties and making younger peoples lives more miserable because they lied about what they're capable of.
You're cheering on the very people who make work for people like me unbearable.
